TITLE : The Development of Professional Learning Community to Support Learner - Centered Ability

The purposes of this study were 1) to study the problem and the need of professional learning community. 2) to support learner centered ability. 3) to study the effect of professional learning community toward learner - centered ability, teaching behavior, the product of learning development and students’ learning achievement. 4) to assess the satisfaction of professional learning community.
The subject were 29 animator and teachers by purposing sampling. The sample were 169 students from Nongnoprachasan school by using Krejcie and Morgan (1970). The research tools were questionnaire and test. Frequency, mean, percentage and standard deviation were used to analyze.
The finding : were
1. The problem of professional learning community toward learner - centered ability was at moderate level while the need of profession learning community toward learner - centered ability was at highest level.
2. There were factors; 1) organization preparation 2) shared values and vision 3) shared learning and practice 4) shared purpose
3. The understanding of teacher toward professional learning community toward learner - centered ability was at highest level. Teachers’ behavior was at high level. The students learning achievement was gradually higher every year. The participation and development of teachers was higher.
4. The satisfaction toward professional learning community was at highest level.
