Development A Model For Learner’s Quality Towards The Excellence Of The School At Ban Jik School Under The Office Of Roi-Et Primary Education Area 2
The purpose of research was to develop a model for learner’s quality towards the excellence of the school at Ban Jik School under the Office of Roi-Et Primary Education Area 2. The research is divided into 3 steps as follows: 1) Study of synthetic composition and guidelines for the development of learner’s quality towards the excellence of the school with the analysis and synthesis of related documents and researches, and interview with 5 school administrators who have excellent learner’s quality development, then analyze the information by content analysis; 2) Create a develop a model by applying the data obtained from Step 1 to drafting the model by having a focus group of 9 experts, representatives of teachers and basic education committee members, and the use of evaluation on the appropriateness of model by 5 expert persons; and 3) Trial and study the results of using the model for learner’s quality towards the excellence of the school.
The results of the research were found that: 1) A model for learner’s quality towards the excellence of the school at Ban Jik School Under The Office Of Roi-Et Primary Education Area 2 are PLIC&P Model to 3Qs Quality consisting of 5 strategies, namely the organizational analysis and planning (Planning), the development of learning management processes (Learning), the development of media, innovation, and learning sources (Innovation), the controlling, checking and evaluation (Controlling and Check), and the participation and networking (Participation); and the quality in 3 areas including Students Quality, Teachers Quality and School Quality; 2) the results of using the model for learner’s quality towards the excellence of the school are as follows: the learners have various knowledge, competencies and skills, the teachers have the ability to effectively manage the learning, the school has strength on academic area with outstanding works and wide recognition.
