The purposes of the study were 1) to develop The Creative Participated Administration to Cultivate Desirable Attribute to the Students of Kalantapittayakhom School 2) to study the results of The Creative Participated Administration to Cultivate Desirable Attributes to the Students of Kalantapittayakhom School and 3) to assess the satisfaction of the school board, the teachers, the students and the parents on The Creative Participated Administration to Cultivate Desirable Attributes to the Students of Kalantapittayakhom School. The scope of the study comprised of 1. 84 of co-educational group and informative contributors. They were 1) 18 research participants; a researcher and 17 research participants 2) 35 additional informative contributors; 15 school board, 10 representatives of parents and 10 student inspectors. 2. The samples were 270 students and 270 parents. The content was two desirable attributes. The first one was the Self-discipline; Dressing, Paying Respect, Cleanliness, Punctuality, Assembly and Queuing for Food. The second was an Learning Enthusiastic; Learning Commitment, Learning Interest and Learning Self-pursuits by the learning process of Appreciation Influence Control: AIC. This process was a strategy used for constructing the awareness and brainstorming on ten student development activities’ plan. They were Ethics Training Activities, Home Room, Help & Care Activities, Home Visit Activities, Student Inspector, Trendy Students, Clean Areas Contest, Live Library, Internet for Learning and Academic Camp. The study procedure used was the action research for research and development. The study took two periods of conducting. The first conducting period was during January 28th, 2011 to March 31st, 2012. The second one was during May 16th, 2013 to March 31st, 2014.
