This research aimed to develop and validate efficiency of a Computer-Assisted Instruction (CAI) in Additional Physics I on Force and Law of Motion for tenth grade students, to compare between pre-test and post-test average scores, and to study students’ satisfactions after implementation of CAI. Research target group was 90 tenth grade students; who take the Physics Course, the first semester of 2013 academic year, in 3 classrooms. They were selected by using purposive technique. The research instruments consisted of 1) five lessons of CAI, 2) force and laws of motion test; 50 items of four multiple choices test, and 3) student satisfaction questionnaire; 15 items of Likert scale questionnaire. The efficiency of the CAI was set at criterion 75/75 and the comparison of the students’ learning achievement between pre-test and post-test average scores was analyzed using dependent sample t-test. Research results revealed that 1) the efficiency of the CAI is 76.83/76.64 which is higher than the criterion 75/75, 2) the students’ post-test average score is higher that pre-test score at significant level .01 (t = 72.16), and 3) students’ satisfaction after implementation of the CAI is at highest level ( 4.65; 0.48).
